PRACTICAL NOTES for the GUEST ROOM: Room with balcony with breakfast included

PRACTICAL NOTES for the TOURISM STUDIO: Bed linen and towels are provided in the studio with balconies. They will not be changed during your stay. A security deposit of 20 Euros will be requested on arrival for cleaning (if you have reserved the studio with balcony). This amount will be temporarily blocked on your card and released upon your departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory of the accommodation. The property does not provide daily housekeeping services.

EXTRA OPTION (STUDIO): Express breakfast , only for our ""Studio"" formula. You also benefit from this possibility, by ordering the day before 3 p.m. Or, by reserving by email (before the day of your arrival) you can benefit from an Express breakfast, every morning, at the rate of 5 Euros per person per day, consisting of a hot drink of your choice (tea, coffee and cream or chocolate) and a croissant, served on a tray in the morning from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

HOUSEHOLD PACKAGE OPTION (STUDIO)

- BEFORE LEAVING :

Option 1 : You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself (cleaning products are available).

Option 2 : If you do not clean the studio accommodation before your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of €20 per stay.

Our "" studio with balcony"" formula does not include breakfast. However, we would like to point out that the accommodation has a "" Dolce Gusto "" capsule coffee machine. For the proper functioning of the coffee machine, use ""exclusively"" the Dolce Gusto brand.You will be able to buy your coffee capsules etc. at the nearby supermarket 200 meters away.

You also have the possibility, by ordering the day before 3 p.m. or by reserving by email (before the day of your arrival), of an EXPRESS breakfast, every morning, at the rate of €5 per person per day; composed of a hot drink of your choice: coffee, tea, coffee and cream or chocolate and a croissant, and served on a tray in the morning from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

- The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- You are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

- Only the people listed on the reservation will be authorized to access the accommodation.

Please note that all special requests will be accommodated, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Bachelor parties and other parties of this type are prohibited in this establishment.

Attached you will find the access plan for your arrival in Lourdes: THE DEADLINE TIME for your arrival is at 8 p.m. (As our establishment is not a hotel with a 24-hour reception, we are not able to welcome our guests after 8 p.m. with a late reception.

Our establishment is designed especially for pilgrims, with no late reception for the good sleep of customers.

TO NOTE: Arrival and reception at our establishment is scheduled between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. (reception opening hours); However, you have the possibility to drop off your luggage beforehand (from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.), by contacting us by email at least 72 hours before the day of your arrival, so that we can be present on site at your desired time. We confirm that your Accommodation will be available from 4:15 p.m.

FOR ARRIVALS : Your studio will be available from 4:15 p.m.

• ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCE :

• You are required to show photo identification upon check-in.

• The entrance to the residence, for arrivals, is exclusively through the rear door of the building, i.e. the ascending rue de la Tour de Brie (facing the elevator) 50 meters away, near the Brasserie-Café. Le Genève", located directly at No. 36 - Boulevard de la Grotte.

• YOU CAN PRINT, AS AN ATTACHMENT, THE RECOMMENDED ROUTE PLAN:

• We do not have private parking. The available and free parking lots are public parking lots; they cannot therefore be reserved upon availability.

• By car : GPS address: 5 RUE LATOUR DE BRIE 65100 LOURDES (free parking in this street depending on traffic). .

• Public car parks in the city of Lourdes, free or paid, nearby (150 to 250 meters). plans attached -

• By train (SNCF): When you arrive, it is recommended to take a taxi , as the roads are uneven (around €10).

• On foot : Getting to your destination takes around 7 minutes, but can be difficult with luggage. Leaving the station, turn right and go down avenue de la gare to the roundabout; take the ""Boulevard de la Grotte"" in front of you, then go down to the ""Brasserie-Café de Genève"", located at 36 boulevard de la Grotte. Please find the plan attached.

• By plane :

• - Taxi recommended (around €35)

• - Airport shuttle bus (exiting on the right): direction Lourdes Gare SNCF (only once per hour). Cost of the shuttle: €2. The shuttle will take you to the Lourdes SNCF station where you can take a taxi to get to the residence (around €10).
