If you have booked a ROOM : continental breakfast is included.

If you have booked a STUDIO: - continental breakfast is optional at €7 per person as indicated on the website. You can book it online before your arrival

- cleaning of the studio at the end of the stay is not included in the price,
you have the possibility to take an option for 20€ to reserve it online before your arrival (optional) or to do the cleaning yourself.
- If you decide to do the cleaning yourself, please note that it will only be necessary to clean the toilets and the kitchenette and to remake the bed.
It is not necessary to clean the floors, this service will be carried out by our establishment.

IMPORTANT: if you have not subscribed to the cleaning option for the studio and you have not cleaned it when you leave, the establishment will charge you a fee of €20.
 

- The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- You are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

- Only the persons listed on the reservation will be allowed to access the accommodation.

Bachelor parties and similar parties are prohibited at this property.

Attached you will find the access plan for your arrival in Lourdes: the DEADLINE for your arrival is 8 p.m. (Our establishment is not a Hotel with a 24/7 reception, we are not able to welcome our guests after 8 p.m. with a late reception.

Our establishment is specially designed for pilgrims, with no late reception for the good sleep of the customers.

PLEASE NOTE: Arrival and reception at our establishment is scheduled between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. (reception opening hours); However, you have the possibility to drop off your luggage beforehand (from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.), by contacting us by email at least 72 hours before the day of your arrival, so that we can be there at your desired time. We confirm that your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m.

FOR ARRIVALS : Your studio will be available from 3 p.m.

• ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCE :

• You are required to show photo identification upon check-in.

• Entrance to the residence, for arrivals, is exclusively via the back door of the building, i.e. the rising street of the Tour de Brie (opposite the elevator) 50 meters away, near the Brasserie-Café "Le Genève", located directly at No. 36 - Boulevard de la Grotte.

• YOU CAN PRINT, AS AN ATTACHMENT, THE MAP OF THE RECOMMENDED ROUTE:

• We do not have private parking. The available and free parking spaces are public parking spaces; therefore, they cannot be reserved on availability.

   

• By car : GPS address: 5 RUE LATOUR DE BRIE 65100 LOURDES (free parking on this street depending on traffic).

• Free or paid public car parks in the city of Lourdes nearby (150 to 250 meters). Maps attached -

   

• By train (SNCF) : On arrival, it is recommended to take a taxi , as the roads are uneven (around €10).

   

• On foot : To get to your destination, it takes about 7 minutes, but it can be difficult with luggage. When leaving the station, turn right and go down Avenue de la Gare to the roundabout; take the "Boulevard de la Grotte" in front of you, then go down to the "Brasserie-Café de Genève", located at 36 boulevard de la Grotte. • - Taxi recommended (around €35)

• - Airport shuttle bus (exit on the right): direction Lourdes SNCF train station (only once an hour). Cost of the shuttle: €2. The shuttle will take you to Lourdes SNCF train station where you can take a taxi to the residence (around €10).
