GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RULES

Please take note of these few lines that will make your stay easier:

 

Article 1 : Booking conditions and general conditions:

  • The customer will have to pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time. If the customer does not show up at the establishment, he will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
  • The customer must pay in advance the total amount of the reservation at any time after the reservation by credit card

The tourist tax of 0.70 € per day per person will be payable and debited on site on your arrival by credit card


Flexible PUBLIC RATE - 30 days:

  • The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.The customer must pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 30 days of arrival.

Article 3 : Times and arrivals:The reception for arrivals is only open from 3:15 pm to 8 pm • Time of arrival: the client must arrive on the day specified for the reservation and at the times mentioned below. The studio is available from 4 p.m. After 8 p.m., the studio and reception are not guaranteed.

The reception is closed from 8:00 p.m., reception is no longer possible after this time.

In case of no-show on the day of arrival before 8:00 p.m., as stipulated in the booking conditions, you will have to pay a cancellation fee for the first day of arrival.

 

After 8 p.m., check-in is completed and access to the property is no longer authorized.

The property is completely closed and inaccessible from 8 p.m. to the public for late arrivals. The charter of our establishment is the silence, the prayer and the tranquility of our guests for a good sleep.

 

• Departure time :Studio release time must be before 11:00 a.m.

 

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can indicate this information in the "contact email" section when booking or contact directly by email. Contact details on your booking confirmation.

You will need to show photo ID upon arrival.

Article 5 : Animals: We inform our customers that pets are not accepted in the studio.

 

Article 6 Capacity of the studio: This contract is established for a specific number of people.If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.

 

Clause 7 :

 

Art of living and use of the premises: • Respect for a certain art of living is required of the tenant to guarantee the tranquility of the place. In addition, it is kindly requested not to smoke in the studio. •

For a question of hygiene, the host is asked not to store foodstuffs in the studio. •

Towels and sheets are provided on arrival and for the entire period of stay (no daily renewal) •

The customer undertakes to respect the instructions for good manners appearing in the studio and in these general conditions of sale. The customer undertakes to return the studio in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible deterioration for which he may be responsible. •

Children evolving within the estate are the sole responsibility of their parents. •

The keys entrusted by us must be returned at the end of the stay, any loss or damage occurring during the period of occupation by the customer will give rise to compensation (or replacement with our agreement) •

The property and its ancillary facilities are strictly reserved for guests and under their sole responsibility. •

The studios are not a place freely open to the public, thank you for requesting our agreement to invite friends or members of your family to access the property.

8- USE OF PREMISES

The tenant uses the rental in a peaceful manner and makes good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises. The rental can in no way benefit third parties. The number of tenants cannot be greater than the capacity indicated in the description of the rental. However, an overrun may be granted by the owner.

The owner must provide housing that is in working order and conforms to the description he has made of it.The tenant uses the rental in a peaceful manner and makes good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises. He maintains it. The rental can in no way benefit third parties. On his departure, the tenant undertakes to return the accommodation and its equipment in the same state as he will have found them on his arrival, the management of garbage, the storage and cleanliness of the dishes remaining his responsibility, even when the ""End of stay cleaning"" service is invoiced as part of the stay service.

9- NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

10 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The tenant cannot under any circumstancesavail themselves of any right to stay in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in this contract, the departure time being specified therein.

11 - INSURANCE

The tenant is required to insure the premises entrusted to him and rented. Before arriving, he must therefore check with his insurer if his Main Housing Contract provides for the resort extension and provide the owner with an Insurance Certificate stipulating this and covering the period of occupation of the place, or failing that, produce a Declaration of Honour. The number of tenants cannot exceed the capacity (10 to 14), including babies or children sleeping in umbrella beds. The number of tenants actually present must correspond to the number indicated in the contract. In the event of non-compliance, the rental will be canceled and the price of the stay remains the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant is responsible for all damage and degradation occurring on his part, as well as for any disappearance of equipment.The tenant agrees to insure against rental risks (fire, water damage, etc.) and bodily injury, and against damage of any kind likely to engage his liability. The tenant declares to be the holder of civil liability insurance privacy covering resort risk (holiday rental). The owner may require an insurance certificate or, failing that, a sworn statement. The lack of insurance, in the event of a claim, will give rise to damages. The owner undertakes to insure the accommodation against rental risks on behalf of the tenant, the latter having the obligation to inform him, within the 24 hours, any incident occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.

12 - RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibility of the owner can not be engaged in case of damage or theft of personal effects both in the accommodation and in the outdoor spaces. The owner can not be responsible for fortuitous cases of force majeure or nuisance coming to disturb, interrupt, prevent the stay.Minors under the age of 18 are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents for the duration of their stay. Tenants are not to enter areas marked as private.

13 - "GOOD TO KNOW" :

Your meals in the apartment, 2 solutions are available to you: take your meals outside, in one of the many small restaurants at very affordable prices in the Sanctuary district; do your shopping and prepare your own meals directly in the apartment. that our furnished apartment rental does not provide everyday and essential consumer products during your stay (such as: coffee powder, coffee filter, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc).

We inform that the tenant must: either buy in a nearby supermarket, or bring them back from his home.

The studio with balcony does not include condiments, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea or sugar. Note that the accommodation has a "Dolce Gusto" brand coffee machinewith capsules-pods . For the proper functioning of the coffee machine, use "exclusively" the Dolce Gusto brand. You will have the possibility of buying your capsules at the supermarket which is nearby. On the other hand, we inform our customers that the culinary provisions of first necessities and household products are not provided in the studio and are the responsibility of the resident (cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper etc.) The studio also does not include condiments, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea or sugar.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the studio with balcony. They will not be changed during your stay.

 

A security deposit of EUR 20 will be requested on arrival for cleaning by prepayment on the credit card if you have reserved the studio with balcony.

This sum will be temporarily blocked on your card and released on your departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory of cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, namely the shower room, the sanitary facilities and the kitchenette of the accommodation.

The property does not provide daily housekeeping.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION OF THE APARTMENT: We provide sheets and bath towels in the apartment only upon your arrival.

The cleaning is entirely provided by you for the duration of your stay.

You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself.You have maintenance products available on site

 

CLEANING OPTION:

A deposit of EUR 20 will be requested upon arrival for cleaning if you have booked the studio with balcony.

This sum will be temporarily blocked on your card and returned on your departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory of the cleanliness of the accommodation, namely the toilets and the kitchenette.

You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself.

Wifi is at your disposal: free and unlimited . You will find a supermarket 200 meters away where you can stock up on all your commissions. Please let the property know your expected arrival time at least 2 days in advance.Contact details on your booking confirmation.

14 - The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Your valid ID will be requested upon arrival. Only those listed on the reservation will be permitted access to the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this property.

Internet :The Residence graciously provides people with a laptop or tablet equipped with a Wifi card the possibility of connecting to the Wifi network free of charge. Article 16 : These General Conditions of Sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the installments.
