- Reception from 3 pm to 8 pm . No reception after 8 pm. 'SUMMER PERIOD'
- Reception from 3 PM to 7 PM . No reception after 7 PM during the winter period.
- Luggage drop-off is possible between 12:30 and 13:30 , upon request by email.
- 72 hours in advance .
- Check-in : ID + bank card required.
- Only the people mentioned in the booking have access to the accommodation.
Regulations
- The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility .
- Parties and stag/hen parties are prohibited.
- Special requests subject to availability , with possible additional charges .
Access to the residence – Lourdes centre
- Entrance at the rear of the building , on the uphill street of Tour de Brie , opposite the elevator, 50 m from the Brasserie "Le Genève" , at 36 Boulevard de la Grotte .

Car access:
- No private parking. Free or paid public parking nearby (150–250 m).
Train access (SNCF Lourdes):
- Taxi recommended (~€10) to avoid the sloping streets.
- On foot: approximately 7 minutes , difficult with luggage.
Access from Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées airport (9.6 km):
- Taxi recommended (~€35)
- Airport shuttle → Lourdes train station (1/hour – €2), then taxi to the residence (~€10)
